Tipsy is such a sweet girl and its hard to imagine why someone would leave her behind when they moved. Tipsy was living in a fenced in backyard of an abandoned rental house when CARE heard about her. She was matted to the skin and so very thin. Tipsy was so scared when a CARE volunteer went to go pick her up and it took awhile but she was finally caught and is now in a foster home and thriving. She has been shaved down because the matts were so bad and shes put on much needed weight. She is so much fun and so cute! She gets along with other dogs but really loves to hang out with people. She does this really cute dance where she stands up on her back legs and pumps her feet and barks at you... Tipsy is HUNGRY... feed her... she does that every time she thinks its time to eat..lol.. too cute! Tipsy is crate trained and housebroken. Tipsy will be spayed the week of May 8th and will be available for adoption the following week (needs time to heal from her spay). We are accepting applications. If you are interested in Tipsy please let her foster mom know! Mixes are always our best guess but we are pretty sure thats shes a Yorkie Poodle mix or a Carin Terrier Yorkie mix... All dogs receive a distemper/parvovirus vaccine(s), kennel cough vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE.
