To know Jordon is to love her. She charms everyone she meets, including her Vet. It's the gentle way about her and the sincerity with which she exudes love for everyone. Her calm manner and gentle nature make her an excellent candidate for a therapy dog or as a young child's companion.

Jordon is especially fond of children. She's happy to play the part of pillow for little girls and boys. Jordon is happiest when she can be with her people. She is a true velcro dog. She likes to go for walks and car rides but is mainly a couch potato. What she would like most is to have a forever family to cuddle with. Jordon's reason for being is to be with people. She can and will escape fences if left alone in one to come and find you! She's so calm and low energy that she really doesn't need a fenced yard. She can get sufficient exercise from a nice walk with her companion, and she walks very nicely on a leash. As long as she can be with you, Jordon is content.

Jordon has been waiting a long time for a family to call her own. She was abandoned in a foreclosed home, then on death row in a kill shelter. She was adopted by a wonderful family with young children to love, but she lost the home when the Army deployed them to Korea. Now, Jordon is living in a boarding kennel where she frequently works in the lobby as the official greeter.

Jordon has hypothyroidism. She will need an inexpensive pill each day for life to treat.

All dogs receive a distemper/parvo vaccine(s), kennel cough vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE.
