Hello! My name is Picassa, I was found shivering in the rain. I was soo tiny I could have easily been swept down a drain. Luckily a nice man picked me up and helped me find people who would take me in. This didn't stop me from being a happy playful girl! I love to cuddle with my foster mom. I give her plenty of kisses and love to lay in her lap when shes playing on the computer. I love playing with my foster brother, but don't really like the big dogs who try and step on me! I'm too tiny they don't even notice i'm there! I would love to have a home I could call my own!
