Freddie was left a local shelter.  He appears to be a young male.  He's in good health and in beautiful feather, and quickly relearned being handtame in his foster home.  He eats well for a cockatiel and wants to hang out and supervise everything.

All birds receive health exams through CARE before they are placed in their new homes.
