This baby is just coming into our rescue on Thursday 7/27/06. He is in need of a dental and funds for heartworm treatment. If you can donate toward his treatment, please contact us! He'd love you forever for it (and so would we!).

Scooter is a Corgi/Lab mix. He's blond in color, weighs about 22 lbs. and is probably about 5 years old. He is good with other pets and children. He is currently living outdoors, but we hope to get him moved to an indoor foster home soon.

Scooter has been vaccinated, dewormed, heartworm tested (positive), and will be neutered prior to adoption. Sadly, we do not have the funds currently to treat him for heartworms, or a dental. We will raise funds and get him treated as soon as we can. He does not require anything special.

Scooter's adoption fee is $120, which will help defray a small portion of his veterinary expenses. An adoption application can be found on our homepage at www.cullen.petfinder.com (scroll down). Once you've filled it out, please email it to the foster mother listed here.

Update: Scooter was adopted by his foster mother 8/20/06. He will be neutered, then treated for heartworms once he's healed from his surgery. Donations still needed and appreciated to cover the cost of treatment.
