Rotten is a 1 year old female Rottweiler that is living on the streets in a little country area outside of Fort Mill, SC. Her owner moved to FL 3 months ago and abandoned her. Some of the neighbors have been feeding her. She is reported to be very sweet and seems non-aggressive with other animals. We are working hard to get her into a loving foster or permanent home.
