Foster is a happy, social, friendly boy. He is one of the best-looking Lab pups we've ever seen. CARE pulled from an Upstate kill shelter. He ended up in the shelter because the person who bought him realized he was too much dog for her. Foster wasn't eligible for adoption from the shelter because he growls over his food - a typical trait in a puppy from a large litter like Foster was. If they don't push for food, they might not get any! Foster's current foster mom is teaching him better manners. So far, he has not growled over food with her. Foster is very playful and sweet. A typical Lab, he likes to play in his water bowl and chew on squeaky toys. He's crate trained and well on his way to being housetrained. All puppies receive a series of 3 distemper/parvovirus vaccines, kennel cough vaccine, rabies vaccine, several dewormings, monthly heartworm prevention, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE.
