Cindy Lou is very shy. The world is a big place and Cindy Lou is so very tiny. Her crate is her safe place. She's paying attention to everything around her and I feel like it won't be long before she comes out of her shell but she needs someone who can be patient with her to let her learn about new things at her pace. She's really good on the leash. 

Cindy Lou and her buddies came to CARE from a breeder who retired and sold her home. AC had been called on her already, and they found the dogs to all be in good condition and well-cared for.
