Ringo is probably a Carolina Dog or Basenji mix (with mabye Beagle or Jack Russell). He is about 2.5 years old and weighs about 29 lbs. He is a happy, playful little fellow. He loves most other dogs (he is a dominant male), but hates cats. He loves kids too.

When Ringo came to us he was a very sick little boy, he was extremely under weight and had demodectic mange (not contagious). With veterinary care, TLC from his foster parents, and proper diet his skin has healed and his coat beautiful.

Ringo has the biggest heart and the most wonderful personality for all he has been through. He loves being outdoors, but would like to snuggle with someone inside too. His ears are down when he's really excited, but go up when he hears certain noises. It's sooo cute! He would do best with an active family.

Ringo has been vaccinated, dewormed, and neutered. He is heartworm positive and will undergo treatment soon. In the meantime, he will stay on heartworm prevention so it won't get any worse.
